In addition to traditional quantity surveying and consultancy services, we also provide a measurement service to Contracting clients, along with tailor made assistance in their tendering process.

This has included estimates, cost plans, measurement and production of bills of quantities, tendering, procurement and buildability advice and value management.

Our measurement reflects the requirements of the tender documents and may range from traditional 'builders quantities' to full SMM measures.

Over the past two years, we have worked on many projects, including health and well being centres, extra care / secure facilities, offices, residential, educational, leisure and recreation, warehousing and industrial, distribution centres, research facilities, infrastructure and land reclamation and public realm.
