-       Warrington – installation of a new 45,000ft² cool box within existing distribution centre (£2.4m)
-       Livingston – new build 60,000ft² extension to existing distribution centre (£5m)
-       Enfield – new build high bay 250,000ft² distribution centre (£16m)
-       Swindon – new build high bay 285,000ft² distribution centre (£22m)
-       Cold Stores Darlaston & Barnsley – two projects each of 90,000ft² and cost of £7m
