This project comprised the new build construction of 14 Type B1 units in three blocks, providing 2,000 ft² and 1,000 ft² units, totalling 21,000 ft²

The project included significant external works, including attenuation of surface water drainage through wildlife ponds to accommodate Great Crested Newts.
