We continue to work for Liverpool John Moores University on this new building with 4 “super” classrooms, social learning zone, catering facilities, offices, and a roof terrace. The project has a total construction cost of around £2.5m, and is due to start on site in 2010. 

We have also been involved with the appraisal of various options for the future redevelopment of this campus. The resulting Masterplan showed phased proposals to redevelop the campus, with minimal disruption to curriculum delivery. The phases ranged in size from £0.1m to £7m, including refurbishments and new builds, and had a total construction cost of over £43m.
