University of Bolton

Client – University of Bolton

We are appointed upon a Framework Agreement for the provision of Quantity Surveying services to the University. 

Our projects have comprised various refurbishments of existing buildings to support the University in their strategic development and relocation to a single campus within Bolton. The specific projects have included:

-  Social Learning Zone - Project comprising the alteration, conversion and refurbishment of existing Student Support Services and Textile Hall to form Student Unions and Student Support Services (£2.4m) 

-  Student Union - This project consists the fitting out of an existing building to provide improved Student Union Bar facilities. The space being fitted out is on a specially created mezzanine floor within the student learning zone (£0.2m) 

-  Photography School - The works comprise the conversion of an existing building into graphics studio, photography studio, dry finishing room, dark rooms, video and animation studio, computer suite and associated services such as toilets, store rooms and offices (£2m).
