Todd & Ledson are currently active in the Healthcare sector, with currrent and recent experience of both new build and refurbishment projects. Projects include hospitals, mental health units, walk-in-centres, and other healthcare buildings. We have experience of a range of procurement routes and strategies, including the current P21+ programme.

We are included on the North West Consortium of NHS Trusts approved suppliers list, and are one of only four Quantity Surveyors on the North West Collaborative Commercial Agency consortium of NHS Trusts.
