We are appointed by Sefton Council to provide Quantity Surveying services for their new Water Centre at
Crosby
Marine
Lake . This project, with an expected construction cost of £6.5m, will be a new facility that incorporates watersports, health assessment and conference facilities, restaurant/café, space for training and related activities, and residential accommodation. The building is required to allow full participation for individuals with disabilities in watersports and all other indoor and outdoor activities. Demolition of the existing building is currently underway, with the new build works to following the spring.
