We have worked upon two phases of refurbishment works on this listed building in Liverpool City Centre. The works have included general improvements to all areas of the building, installation of lifts, ramps, and motorised doors to ensure DDA compliance, and re-roofing, provision of new doors and windows, and improvements to insulation, to improve energy efficiency.
