We have been involved in the phased refurbishment and redevelopment of Liverpool Innovation Park (formerly Liverpool Digital) on Edge Lane in Liverpool since 2004.

Initially, the client was the North West Development Agency as they redeveloped the former Marconi buildings as a key strategic site in the North West. The projects (totalling over £10m) included refurbishment of commercial, incubator, research, and education facilities.

The site is now owned by Space Northwest, and we are appointed on two further projects (totalling over £5m).

The first of these is a project which comprises landlord refurbishment works and tenant Cat B fit out works of an existing 40,000 ft2 three storey office building. 

The second is to create two new car parks with feature landscaping together with alterations and refurbishment of the an existing building to create a new focal point entrance/networking area, 15,000ft² self contained for letting and new offices for Space Northwest adjacent to the new entrance.
