We are currently working on this project for Blythe Homes Promenade Southport Ltd. Phase One is a refurbishment of existing buildings to provide 19 new apartments and retail space. Further phases will include over of 9000m²

 

new apartments and 1500m² of commercial accomodation, with underground parking and extensive external works.
