Telford Shopping Centre
Todd & Ledson worked at the Telford Shopping Centre since for 18 years between 1990 and 2008, on over 20 phases of refurbishment, alteration and extension, which used various contracts and procurement routes, and which were completed by several different contractors.
The total construction cost of these completed projects was over £50m, and they have all been completed working for Universities Superannuation Scheme. Over the course of our involvement, we also carried out numerous feasibility and option appraisals on retail, leisure and commercial projects. In addition, we carried out a large masterplanning exercise which assessed the various options available for the future development of the town centre area.
