Telford Shopping Centre
Todd & Ledson have worked at the Telford Shopping Centre since 1990 on over 20 phases of refurbishment, alteration and extension, which have used various contracts and procurement routes, and been completed by differing contractors.
The total construction cost of these projects has been over £50m, and they have all been completed working for Universities Superannuation Scheme.
