We have worked for many years on the Croft Retail & Leisure Park on the Wirral for Universities Superannuation Scheme. Recent projects include:
- Alterations to an existing building to provide two new retail units, with the removal and replacement of external wall cladding, new entrances and signage towers.
- £2.4m project providing one new retail and three restaurant units.
We continue to assist the client, providing option appraisals and feasibility studies on various potential projects.
