We have worked for many years on the Croft Retail & Leisure Park on the Wirral for Universities Superannuation Scheme. We have recently completed a £2.4m project providing one new retail and three restaurant units. We have started a further project, which involves alterations to an existing building to provide two new retail units, with the removal and replacement of external wall cladding, new entrances and signage towers.
