Following completion of the main new build and refurbishment phases, we have a continuing involvement on several further projects of alteration and refurbishment of existing mall areas and units, in addition to improvements to flood defences that will protect against a "1 in 200 year flood."
We are delighted to have this continuing relationship with both Meadowhall and British Land, and believe that the repeat appointments is testament to the success of the first three phases of development and refurbishment.
