Student Accommodation
Todd & Ledson are currently active in the Student Accommodation market for a number of private sector clients. Our current projects, which are at various stages, include both refurbishment and new build schemes, range between 50 and over 700 bedrooms, and are on sites throughout the UK. In addition to Quantity Surveying and Project Managament services, we have also assisted in site identification, evaluation, and selection, providing Development Appraisals based on differing levels of information.
In addition to our current projects, our Project Management Partner, Steve Moule, has successfully delivered over 9000 student bedrooms for previous employers. These projects include the major clusters of student accommodation in Liverpool at Marybone, Cambridge Court, and Lime Street, and other sites around the UK.
