We have worked for British Land at Meadowhall Shopping Centre in Sheffield since 2005. The main phases of the project, totalling approximately £90m, include refurbishment, installation of comfort cooling, and a new build mall and atrium, providing two new major space user units, and ten other additional retail units.
In addition, we have provided Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent and Project Coordination services on further projects, including refurbishment of existing retail units, replacement of mall flooring, and the first phase of improvements to external flood defences around the centre following the floods of 2007 - click here for further details.
